Clients seek me out for a range of reasons, some with very specific intentions, or challenges. Others have not yet defined their path. All my clients are successful individuals and my role is to help them get where they want to go more quickly and more effectively.

Process wise, my role is to facilitate great goal setting. With 90% of great goals in the motivation and only 10% in the how, it is my job to get to the nitty gritty of what motivates a client This sets the scene for a fantastic rest of the process where our session can move smoothly to explore current realities and all the options available, before I help establish a series of focussed actions to take that will bring about great longlasting outcomes.

When I am with clients I get completely into their world, using rapport building techniques and active listening skills to  create a safe environment for clients to leave their comfort zone to explore their own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a useful way. I have the competence to keep clients on track so they stay focussed on their goal during the session and can take remedial measures if they are wandering off-track with their chosen actions. I help clients explore what is important to them and what they believe. This gives clarity and choice to how their values and beliefs serve as towards or away from goal drivers. I use silence to allow a client to process conscious and subconscious thoughts.
