Coaching is suitable for you if you are ready to take responsibility for your actions and make things happen in your world.

I will outline a little of what you can expect from a coaching session, and explain exactly what you agree to be part of. In this way, you can start thinking about how sessions can most benefit you.

When asked what coaching is, I explain a coach's role like this. Your coach is the person dedicated to keeping you on track, challenging your frustrations and getting you where you want to go faster and more easily than you could on your own.

Don’t know where you want to go yet? I can help you define your path and take control of many aspects of your life.

We aim for 45-60 minutes (face-to-face, or on the telephone – this is your choice), at a convenient time, approximately once a fortnight for 6-8 sessions.

During that time we will focus on where you are now and where you want to be in the future. I have no prescription because every situation, every session, and every client is unique.

As your coach I will ask you to
  • Be on time for each session
  • Keep our time free from disruptions
  • Give me 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule our time
  • Come with an open mind
  • Be patient with me and give me your feedback
  • Tell me if anything makes you uncomfortable or uneasy (we will set boundaries during our first session)

In return I promise to

  • Keep anything we discuss in confidence
  • Be professional
  • Never give you advice, criticism, or personal opinion
  • Be open-minded and non-judgemental
  • Support and challenge you in a way that suits you

Investment in oneself is a tremendous compliment. I recommend you plan to outlay £45 per session.

When you are ready to take action in your world contact me for a preliminary chat so that I can answer any questions you may have.
