I am often asked what is a kiwi doing in this country? My coaching story tells you that my geography follows my passions for hobbies and men. Professionally, theory and practice have been the foundation of a career spanning 18 years in marketing and sales. My experience comes from working in small marketing teams with minimal budgets. I have overcome professional challenges to deliver excellent results in the hospitality, construction and members services arenas. With a special interest in consumer behaviour and communication across international audiences, my coaching skills and enquiring nature equip me to ask the questions that challenge thinking and create change. I am not someone who accepts the status quo, nor do I take things at face value. These qualities work very well to help others see hurdles with a fresh eye.
